What is my Ring Size?

We recommend to refer to our ring size chart.  Or you can always slide in to our instagram dm and chat with us. 

What are the material of your ring ?

Our rings are made of 925 silver plated coated platinum PT950.
For our stones, we have Moissanite and high premium quality diamond simulants.

What if I have sensitive skin?

All our products are either 925 silver coated with white gold or platinum PT950. Both materials are Hypoallergenic, 100% Nickel and Lead-free suitable for sensitive skin. But the severity of sensitivity varies from person to person.

What if my item is faulty?

Don't worry. Do slide into our Instagram DM within 7 days after date of purchase and we will do an assessment on the jewellery.
If item is deemed  to be defective, we will replace with an identical piece, subjected to availability or exchange to equivalent priced item. 

Note that if damage is caused by inappropriate use, careless handling, ordinary wear and tear such as natural tarnishing, attempted repair or failure to adhere to our care tips will strictly not be accepted.

What if my item is not the correct size?

Do slide into our Instagram DM within 3 days of receiving your item. Note that item has to be in good condition, without any defects or scratches.

Shipping rates?

For local orders above $150, complimentary door to door courier is provided. For local orders below $150, door to door courier is chargeable at $5.

How long does delivery take?

For local orders, door to door courier will take 1 to 4 working days.
